Privacy Policy

This policy explains the information Linco Labs collects through this website and how it is used.

Last updated: 22 July 2026

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to submit, including project details, contact information, reference links, and uploaded files. Basic technical data may also be recorded for security and reliability.

How we use it

Submitted information is used to assess your request, contact you, prepare a potential scope or proposal, and operate and improve the service. It is not sold.

Storage and providers

Information may be processed by infrastructure, authentication, communications, payment, file-storage, and AI providers used to deliver the service. Private files use access controls and short-lived links. Payment details are entered only on the selected provider’s hosted payment page. Linco Labs stores payment references and status, but does not receive or store full card details.

Client portal and AI assessments

Portal activity may include project messages, files, approvals, and payment status. AI may assist with internal request assessment, but generated drafts remain private to the Linco Labs owner unless the owner explicitly shares one with you. Assessments are reviewed by a person and are not binding quotations.

The LINA project guide processes the conversation to provide project guidance. The active conversation remains in the browser unless you choose to continue into the project request, at which point an editable summary is transferred with your request details.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your submitted information through the private contact form. Legal retention duties may still apply.

Important note

This policy is a clear operational starting point, not legal advice. It should be reviewed for the final business entity, deployed services, and applicable jurisdictions before launch.
